My husband and I just recently bought a home Rhode Island. Crystal Venegas is not only my friend, but she’s also the best realtor I know. Ever since I mentioned wanting to buy a home, she would ask me about how things were going and would offer her insight on high level buying process. She educated us about the different types of loans, what our mortgage payment would consist of and what questions we should ask our leader, the seller and the agent we were working with. Even though we were working with an agent in RI, I would call and text Crystal to ask if things sounded right or if there was anything I was missing. At first, we were skeptical because Crystal looks very young, but we were blown away by her knowledge, ability to educate us, and ability to connect us with other resources and contacts we needed so that we were able to cross all of our Ts and dot all of our Is. There are a lot of steps involved in the process, and there are lots of technical jargon, but Crystal made us feel like confident in what we were doing and made us feel like we could ask any question without sounding stupid. As far as I'm concerned, Crystal does not treat anyone like they are just a transaction. I felt as though my needs were really being listened to and tailored to. I would recommend Crystal because she explains things well and does not talk to you as if you are supposed to be an expert like she is. She holds your hand through the process and is very patient. After working with her, I refuse to work with anyone else because I seriously doubt anyone is operating at the caliber she is operating.
